沖縄は梅雨が終わり快晴の日が続いています。ジリジリとした太陽の日差しと毎朝蝉の大合唱での鳴き声で夏本番の訪れを感じます。

夏は冷房で身体が冷えるので寝起きは白湯を飲んでホットコーヒーを飲むのが私のルーティンです。朝は白湯で身体の内側からスイッチ入れましょう♪動きやすくなります。

今回は🆕新しいMenuのご紹介です！　

▫️Release Facial 90分(リーリスフェイシャル)(ストレス& 筋緊張開放)

こちらのメニューはストレスで凝り固まった背中、肩、首、ヘッドにアプローチします。フェイスマッサージ(DMAE配合クリーム& oil )も加えてお顔も整えてスッキリしましょう。フェイスマッサージは少しカッサも付けてます。

▫️トリートメントの流れ

背中マッサージ→クレンジング→フェイスウォッシュ→スクラブ→デコルテ→腕→フェイスマッサージ→整肌(モデリングマスク)→ヘッドマッサージ→仕上げ(ヒト幹細胞ローションとDMAE配合gelで引き締め)

This menu approaches your back, shoulders, neck and head stiffened with stress.Add a face massage (DMAE cream & oil) to make your face feel refreshed. We are Applying use a little with kassa for the face massage.

Back massage→Cleansing→Face wash→Scrub→Decorte→Arm→Face massage→Toning (modeling mask)→Head massage →Finishing (Tightened with gel blended with human stem cell lotion and DMAE gel)
